Shrimp Appetizer Recipes
{my favorite appetizer!}

What You’ll Need:
- 1 lb. frozen cooked tail-off shrimp {small}
- 1 box of ‘Big’ Wheat Thins
- 1 bottle of Cocktail Sauce {Chili Sauce can be substituted}
- 1 package of Cream Cheese or Neufchatel Cheese
What You’ll Do:
- Defrost frozen shrimp.
- Rinse shrimp with water and pat dry.
- Combine shrimp with 1/2 bottle of cocktail sauce.
- Place sauce-covered shrimp around cream cheese.
- Arrange Wheat Thins around shrimp.
- Serve… and Enjoy!!
























My aunt make this, and instead she covers a whole platter with a thinner layer of cream cheese and then the shrimp/cocktail mix. It also works great with chili sauce (which looks abut the same) that doesn't have the horseradish in it. (I know some people don't like that.) Also, it looks pretty with chopped parsley sprinkled on top.
