Crockpot Chili Cheese Dip Recipe!
Ingredients
- 15 ounces Chili
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese (use ½ of 2 pound box)
Instructions
- Cut 1 lb. of Velveeta Cheese into small cubes or squares. (This will help it melt faster.)
- Combine Velveeta Cheese cubes with 1 can of Chili in mixing bowl, and stir.
- Transfer mixture to Mini Crockpot.
- Cook on LOW for 2 hours, or until done. (stirring occasionally)
- Once your dip is done, set the crockpot temperature to warm and serve your cheese dip right out of the slow cooker!
- Serve with nachos, and ENJOY!

Because of some food additive allergies, we can’t have “processed cheese food products” in our diet. I’m wondering if anyone has tried these with regular ole cheddar & how that worked? It seems like maybe cheddar with milk or cream added at the end may work…
