This easy artichoke dip recipe is fabulous when paired with veggies, tortilla chips, and my personal favorite… garlic parmesan pita chips!

Cold Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe! {Easy No Cook Party Dip}

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach thawed
  • 14 ounce can Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
  • 16 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 ounce Hidden Valley Ranch Packet {or 3 tablespoons of this Buttermilk Ranch Seasoning Mix Recipe}
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Add Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Sour Cream, Ranch, Cheese, Garlic Salt, and Garlic Powder to medium bowl and stir until well combined.
  • Refrigerate dip for 1-2 hours, or until ready to serve.
  • Transfer dip to serving bowl or bread bowl and enjoy!
