Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen Broccoli Florets (10 ounces, slightly thawed & roughly chopped)
- 1.5 cups White Onion chopped
- 1 can Evaporated Milk (12 ounces)
- 2 pounds Velveeta Cheese cubed into small pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Saute chopped Onion in 1 tbsp Butter over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer Onions to large bowl and add Broccoli, Milk, and Pepper, then combine thoroughly.
- Spray 3-4 quart Crock Pot with Pam Cooking Spray.
- Transfer ingredients from bowl into Crock Pot, add cubed Velveeta, then cover with lid.
- Cook on HIGH for 2.5 hours, stirring mixture every 30-40 minutes until done. Enjoy!
- Once your dip is done, set the crockpot temperature to warm and serve your cheese dip right out of the slow cooker!
