Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Dip
- 1 bag frozen Broccoli Florets, {10 ounces, slightly thawed & roughly chopped}
- 1.5 cups White Onion, chopped
- 1 can Evaporated Milk {12 ounces}
- 2 pounds Velveeta Cheese, cubed into small pieces
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Saute chopped Onion in 1 tbsp Butter over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer Onions to large bowl and add Broccoli, Milk, and Pepper, then combine thoroughly.
- Spray 3-4 quart Crock Pot with Pam Cooking Spray.
- Transfer ingredients from bowl into Crock Pot, add cubed Velveeta, then cover with lid.
- Cook on HIGH for 2.5 hours, stirring mixture every 30-40 minutes until done. Enjoy!
