Ingredients

You’ll just need 5 simple ingredients to make the BEST roast beef sliders on Hawaiian rolls…

  • Thin Sliced Roast Beef
  • King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • Sliced Cheddar Cheese – Medium or Sharp
  • Garlic Butter – store bought or Homemade Garlic Butter
  • Frozen Chopped White Onions – to add SO much flavor!

How to Make Roast Beef Sliders

It’s actually so simple to make your own restaurant copycat version of Arby’s roast beef sliders at home!

Here’s what you’ll do…

1. Preheat your oven.

2. First you’ll slice your Hawaiian Rolls horizontally in half, while keep rolls attached to one another.

3. Place the bottom half of your rolls in a 9×13 baking dish.

4. Top with slices of cheese.

5. Then sprinkle with a layer of onions.

6. Now it’s time to add your Roast Beef slices.

7. Finish off with more slices of cheese, and then place the top layer of rolls on.

8. Brush the top of the rolls with melted Garlic Butter. YUM!

Ingredients 

  • 12 count King's Hawaiian Rolls package
  • 14 ounces thin sliced Roast Beef
  • 8 slices  Medium Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons  Garlic Butter, melted
  • 1 cup frozen chopped White Onions

Instructions 

  • Remove Frozen White Onions from freezer and thaw 1 cup. (this will end up being approx. 1/2 cup when thawed)
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove Hawaiian Rolls from package, and slice in half... while keeping rolls attached.
  • Place bottom layer of Rolls in 9x13 glass or ceramic baking dish.
  • Evenly lay 4 slices of Cheddar cheese over Rolls.
  • Next, evenly scoop diced White Onions over the top of the Cheddar Cheese.
  • Top Onions with a layer of Roast Beef slices.
  • Then top Roast Beef with 4 more slices of Cheddar Cheese, and place the top of the Rolls on top.
  • Brush the Roll Tops with melted Garlic Butter.
  • Bake for 13 - 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the tops are golden brown.   Slice, and ENJOY!
