How to Use Pineapple Mango Salsa

To start, topping your grilled chicken with pineapple salsa is a wildly delicious idea. You’ll create a flavor extravaganza with each and every island salsa infused bite!
Add 3 pounds of thin slice or flattened chicken breast and a bottle of Italian salad dressing to a gallon sized freezer bag. Try turning and rotating the chicken in the bag several times. After several hours of marinating in your refrigerator (or overnight) remove the chicken from the bag.
Next, grill your pre-marinated chicken on the grill outside (8 minutes on each side at 400 degrees), or on a grill pan inside. Consider using a meat thermometer to verify the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Once your grilled chicken is done, top it with your fresh homemade mango pineapple salsa. Then prepare for a most delicious flavor fest!

Pineapple Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 Mangos, peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup crushed Dole Pineapple, drain juice
- ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Red Onion, chopped
- 1 Jalapeno, finely cut and seeded
- ½ tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, finely minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed Lime Juice
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.

How many servings can you get out of this?

It really depends on the size of the servings, but I think you can get 8 servings. At my home, there are just 4 of us, but this salsa usually disappears the same day I make it! ~ hope this helps, Heidi
