Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe!

This Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe is decadent richness at it's finest! So easy!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach 1 bag, thawed
  • 14 ounces Artichoke Hearts 1 can, drain and chop
  • 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese (1 pkg.) softened to room temp. and cube
  • 4 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 4 tablespoon Mayo
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir.
  • Spray 4 quart Crockpot with Pam cooking spray
  • Transfer mixture from mixing bowl to Crockpot and cook for 1 hour on HIGH, or until done. (stirring occasionally)
  • Once your dip is done, set the crockpot temperature to warm and serve your cheese dip right out of the slow cooker!
  • Serve with Pita Chips or a fresh sliced baguette, and ENJOY!!
