How to Make Breakfast Sliders

Making these outrageously delicious breakfast sliders is so ridiculously EASY!

Here’s what you’ll do…

  1. Slice your Hawaiian Rolls in half, and place the bottom layer in your 9×13 baking dish.

2. Place your slices of cheese on top of your rolls.

3. Then spread out your scrambled eggs in a layer over the cheese.

4. Add your strips of Crispy Bacon on top of the eggs.

5. Then top with another layer of cheese.

6. Place the top of layer of the rolls on top.

7. Brush the tops with melted Garlic Butter. (see How to Make Garlic Butter)

Breakfast Sliders Recipe

Turn your bacon and eggs into breakfast magic with this Breakfast Sliders Recipe! It will revolutionize your weekend brunch, and will vanish before your eyes at any holiday celebration!

Ingredients 

  • 12 count King's Hawaiian Rolls package
  • 8 slices of Bacon, cooked
  • 8 slices of Gouda Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Butter, melted
  • 8 Eggs, scrambled
  • *optional Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove Hawaiian Rolls from package, and slice in half... while keeping rolls attached.
  • Place bottom layer of Rolls in 9x13 glass or ceramic baking dish.
  • Then place 4 slices of Gouda Cheese on top of the Rolls.
  • Top with a layer of scrambled Eggs, then 8 slices of Bacon. (I like to criss-cross mine.)
  • Then top bacon with 4 more slices of Gouda Cheese, and place the top of the Rolls on top.
  • Brush the Roll Tops with melted Garlic Butter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until Cheese has melted. Slice, and ENJOY!
