Bacon Breakfast Sliders Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 count King's Hawaiian Rolls package
- 8 slices of Bacon cooked
- 8 slices of Gouda Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Butter melted
- 8 Eggs scrambled
- *optional Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove Hawaiian Rolls from package, and slice in half... while keeping rolls attached.
- Place bottom layer of Rolls in 9x13 glass or ceramic baking dish.
- Then place 4 slices of Gouda Cheese on top of the Rolls.
- Top with a layer of scrambled Eggs, then 8 slices of Bacon. (I like to criss-cross mine.)
- Then top bacon with 4 more slices of Gouda Cheese, and place the top of the Rolls on top.
- Brush the Roll Tops with melted Garlic Butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until Cheese has melted. Slice, and ENJOY!
