Ingredients 

  • 8-10 Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch Mix packet or 3 Tbsp homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 3/4 cup Seasoned Croutons, (crushed)
  • 1 cup fresh Buttermilk
  • 2 Eggs, (beaten)

Instructions 

  • Combine Eggs and Buttermilk in medium bowl and stir.
  • Combine crushed Croutons and Ranch Mix in second medium bowl and stir.
  • Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
  • Dip each Tenderloin first in the Egg & Buttermilk mixture, then lay each Tenderloin in the Crouton & Ranch mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
  • Lay your 8-10 Tenderloins on the Parchment Paper covered Cookie Sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip Tenderloins over and continue baking for 10 more minutes or until done.
  • Dip your Chicken Tenders in your favorite Dipping Homemade Sauce and Enjoy!
