  • 28 oz. Hillshire Farm Lit'l Smokies, (2 packages, 14 oz. each)
  • 16 oz. Welch's Concord Grape Jelly
  • 12 oz. Heinz Chili Sauce

Instructions 

  • Gather your ingredients.
    Jars of chili sauce and grape jelly.
  • Combine Grape Jelly and Chili Sauce in a medium bowl, and combine thoroughly.
  • Place Smokies into Crockpot and stir in Sauce mixture.
