Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 24 oz. Hillshire Farm Beef Kielbasa, (2 packages, 12 oz. each)
  • 18 oz. Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce, (1 bottle)
  • 1 oz. dry Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix packet OR 3 tbsp. dry Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix

Instructions 

  • Slice Kielbasa links into round pieces, approx. ¼” thick.
  • Place sliced Kielbasa pieces in Crockpot.
  • In small mixing bowl, combine Barbecue Sauce dry Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix, and stir well.
  • Pour sauce mixture over Kielbasa in Crock Pot.
  • Cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, or LOW for 2.5 hours, or until hot.
  • Serve with toothpicks as a delicious appetizer or party treat!

    How full is the crockpot, can I do one or two months more packages of kielbasa?

    This was delicious! I was in a hurry when buying the ingredients and the store I went to didn’t have Kielbasa so I used Bratwurst. The casing it was in was pretty tough so I opted to remove the casing which was surprisingly easy. Once I removed the casing I cut them up and browned them before putting them in the crockpot. It was absolutely delicious and was a big hit! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

    Is the sausage fully cooked when purchased?

      Hi Ingrid ~ yes… it is fully cooked sausage, so you’ll just be heating it up in the crock pot. Hope that helps!

    Making this for Friday night card night . Looks so easy and yummy , I’m tweaking it a little , by adding some pineapple chunks I had in the pantry , and some green bell peppers out my garden that needed to be used up ( way to many , will plant less next time , lol . )
