I want to try this, my kids would love this for breakfast especially with the cold weather here, do you have to use apple cider? Can apple juice be used instead or all milk? Thanks!

I made this yesterday with Apple cider from the Amish market and replaced the milk with almond milk. It is delicious! Any idea on the nutrition value or Weight Watcher points?
