Lemon Angel Food Cake Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix {1 box} â the âjust add waterâ variety
- 23 oz. Lemon Pie Filling
- Optional: 1 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large mixing bowl, stir together powdered cake mix and lemon pie filling until well combined.
- Spray 9Ă13 Baking Dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Transfer mixture into baking dish, and spread out evenly.
- Bake for approx. 25 minutes, or until done.
- Remove from oven, and allow to cool. Optional: dust with powdered sugar before slicing. ENJOY!
