Thank you for the recipe it was great. If you have leftover cake how do you store it ?

    1. Heidi says:

Hi Michelle… I’m so glad you enjoyed it! I just store remaining bars in the pan I baked them in, covered with foil, on the counter. Hope that helps! 🙂

  2. Jane says:

    Would these freeze well?

    1. Heidi says:

Hi Jane ~ I honestly haven’t tried freezing these. With a hungry hubby and two boys, they disappear as fast as I can make them. 🙂 If you try freezing them, let me know how they turn out!

Should these be stored in the refrigerator?

    1. Heidi says:

Hi Denise ~ you can store them in the refrigerator if you like, but it’s not necessary. I just store mine covered on the counter. Hope that helps!

  5. Jamie Oakes says:

          You’re very welcome… enjoy! 😉

Hi! I made this yesterday but with a twist; the jar of lemon curd I had wasn’t big enough so I used a jar of cherry preserves and it is dessert heaven! My husband and son can’t get enough of them! Thanks for the easy inspiration.

Ooh ~ what a delicious twist, Chantey! Thanks so much for sharing… I can’t wait to try that! 🙂
