Create your own magical barbecue coca cola pork chops with just 3 easy to find ingredients.

Here’s what you’ll need to pick up at the grocery store

  • 1.5 pounds Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops (about 4 pork chops)
  • Coca Cola
  • Barbecue Sauce

You’ll also need a 5 – 6 quart Crock Pot to get the job done.

How To Make Crockpot BBQ Coca Cola Pork Chops

You won’t believe how EASY it is to prepare your BBQ Coke pork chops in the slow cooker.

Here’s what you’ll need to do…

1. Pour half of your Coca Cola into the Crockpot, then place your 4 pork chops in next.

2. Cook your Pork Loin Chops as directed, then drain the juices.

3. Combine your Barbecue Sauce and Coke in a small mixing bowl.

4. Pour the BBQ Coke sauce mixture over the pork chops and continue cooking until done.

That’s it.  Making pork chops in your Crock Pot is crazy easy!!

You’ll start with the same pork chops.  But then you’ll mix up the following ingredients to create your whimsical Root Beer Honey BBQ Sauce for the pork chops.

  • 12 ounces Root Beer
  • 8 ounces Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce (1/2 bottle)

Finally, to make these decadent pork chops, you’ll also use the same cooking instructions in the below recipe card.  Instead of adding 1/2 of your coke to the Crockpot before cooking, you’ll add 1/2 of your Root Beer.

Crockpot BBQ Coca-Cola Pork Chops

Did you know making Pork Chops in the Crock Pot is ridiculously easy?  Just 3 ingredients and you've got tender, delicious Crockpot BBQ Coca-Cola Pork Chops!

Cook Time: 4 hours
Total Time: 4 hours 5 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 lbs. Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops, thawed (approx. 4 chops)
  • 9 oz. Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce (1/2 Bottle)
  • 12 oz. Coca-Cola (1 can)

Instructions 

  • Pour 6 oz. Coca-Cola (or 3/4 cup) into bottom of Crockpot.
  • Place Pork Chops in Crockpot, and Cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
  • After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from crockpot.
  • Mix together BBQ Sauce and remaining 6 oz. of Coca-Cola in small bowl, and stir well.
  • Pour mixture over pork chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done.

    My go to BBQ sauce is a chipotle honey, I didn’t have access to it so I bought a honey BBQ sauce and added adobo sauce from a chipotle can and it gave it the best heat and smokiness!! I think it’s better than my regular sauce!! It came out perfect!!! Thank you

      Butterfly Pork Chops should cook the same as Center Cut Pork Loin Chops. Just give your chops extra time to cook if they are thicker.
