1. Pour your can of chicken broth into the Crockpot, then place your 4 pork chops in next.
2. Cook your Pork Loin Chops as directed, then drain the juices.
3. Combine your sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

Instructions
- Pour can of Chicken Broth into bottom of Crock Pot.
- Place Pork Chops in Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
- After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
- In medium bowl, combine Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, Dijon Mustard and Allspice.
- Pour sauce mixture over Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done.
