Brown Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Salted Butter
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 3/4 cups Beef Broth (or one 14.5 oz can)
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Beef Bouillon
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in a 10 – 12″ skillet over medium-high heat.
- Then add flour to skillet, stirring constantly until combined with the butter. Immediately after that, begin to whisk in beef broth 1/4 cup at a time, whisking continually.
- After all beef broth has been added, continue whisking as you add in the Milk, Beef Bouillon, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper.
- Whisk for a few more minutes as the gravy thickens, then serve and ENJOY!
