Creamy Italian Pork Chops Crock Pot Recipe!
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops (approx. 4 chops)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 10 1/2 ounces Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can)
- 14.5 ounces Chicken Broth (1 can)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
- Pour can of Chicken Broth into bottom of Crock Pot
- Place Pork Chops in Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
- After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot
- In medium bowl, mix together Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Pepper and Sugar.
- Add Campbell’s soup to medium bowl and combine thoroughly.
- Pour mixture over Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done. Enjoy!!
