  1. Heather says:

Can you use Parmesan cheese instead of monzarella

    1. Heidi Miller says:

Hi Heather ~ if substituting parmesan for the mozzarella, you would still get a delicious, rich flavor… however it wouldn’t be as creamy and gooey as the melted mozzarella. Also, I would suggest using fresh grated parmesan to make sure it melts. Or, in addition to using just mozzarella, you could also top with parmesan at the end, right before serving. Hope that helps!

  2. Anne M says:

I made this for my church potluck. I doubled everything and put it in my 7 qt crockpot. It turned out fantastic and there was hardly any of it left at the end. Several people asked me for the recipe!

    1. Heidi says:

That’s a great idea, Anne… and I’m so glad to hear everyone loved it! 🙂

  3. Megan says:

    Hello,
I was reaching out my store sub uncooked bag Tortellini, will that work? Or should i tweak it for it to work?

    1. Heidi says:

Hi Megan ~ if you purchased uncooked Tortellini, you’ll definitely want to cook it to the al dente point first. Hope that helps!
