Like so many of my most popular Pork Dinner Recipes, you’ll be using your slow cooker to prepare this crazy easy recipe for garlic and honey glazed pork chops.

Here’s what you’ll need to do…

1. Combine your sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

2. Pour half of your honey garlic sauce into the Crockpot, then place your 4 pork chops in next.

3. Cook your Pork Loin Chops as directed, then remove from the slow cooker.

4. Finally, pour the remaining sauce over the pork chops just before serving.

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 pounds Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops, thawed (approx. 4 chops)
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon Oregano
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, for a dash of heat (optional)
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame Seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Gather your ingredients.
    Honey Garlic sauce ingredients including cayenne, oregano, and thyme.
  • Combine Honey, Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Thyme, Oregano and Cayenne Pepper in medium bowl.
  • Retain 1/2 cup of sauce and set aside.
  • Pour half of remaining sauce from medium bowl into the bottom of Crock Pot, then place 4 Pork Chops in Crock Pot.
  • Pour remainder of sauce from medium bowl over Pork, and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or until done.

  • Remove Pork Chops from Crock Pot and pour 1/2 cup of sauce you set aside over chops before serving.
  • Optional: top your chops with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
