    5 stars
The easy recipe I’ve been searching for for football playoffs! Double win because it’s a way to get my family to eat pork. The easy sauce sounds delicious and this will make a great sandwich.

    1. Heidi Miller says:

I agree, it really is so perfect served on a bun!

  2. Trudy says:

Can you use a different soda like Mt Dew?

    1. Heidi says:

Hi Trudy ~ I’ve never tried this with Mt. Dew, but it is also really delicious with Dr. Pepper or Root Beer. 🙂

  3. Lesa says:

Can I use you diet coke?

    1. Heidi says:

Hi Lesa ~ This recipe works best with regular Coke. 🙂

  4. D says:

Great recipe! I cook just pork and coca cola, and shred. Then, I let my picky eaters add however much bbq sauce they’d like afterwards (or none at all)! A teriyaki sauce or adobo could be used instead to change up the flavor.

    1. Heidi says:

      That sounds delicious, too!

  5. Ellyn says:

Hi Heidi! Absolutely loved this recipe! It was a big hit for my family, too! 🙂 I had some leftovers and was wondering if you can freeze the extras?

  6. Jennifer looney says:

I made this for the Super Bowl. So good and easy. Served it on Hawaiian buns with a pickle.

    1. Heidi says:

So glad you liked it, Jennifer! 😉
