Mango Salsa Chip Dip – grab some tortilla chips and go to town!
Mango Pineapple Salsa Grilled Chicken
The fresh Mango Pineapple Salsa tops your delightfully grilled chicken to create a flavor extravaganza with every bite. Talk about a fun way to dress up your chicken dinner!
Add 3 pounds of thin slice or flattened chicken breast and a bottle of Italian salad dressing to a gallon sized freezer bag. Try turning and rotating the chicken in the bag several times. After several hours of marinating in your refrigerator (or overnight) remove the chicken from the bag.
Next, grill your pre-marinated chicken on the grill outside (8 minutes on each side at 400 degrees), or on a grill pan inside. Consider using a meat thermometer to verify the internal temp is 165 degrees.
Once your grilled chicken is done, top it with your fresh homemade Mango Pineapple Salsa.

Ingredients
- 2 Mangos peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup crushed Dole Pineapple drain juice
- ½ cup chopped Red Bell Pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped Red Onion
- 1 Jalapeno finely cut and seeded
- ½ tablespoon chopped Cilantro
- 1 Garlic Clove finely minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed Lime Juice
Instructions
- Throw it all in a bowl, stir, and get ready to become an instant household celebrity!
