Check your fridge, cupboards, or pantry, or add the following to your next grocery list to make sure you’ve got everything you need on hand…

  • Frozen Broccoli
  • Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

You’ll also need a 5 – 6 quart Crockpot to prepare your broccoli.

How To Make Crockpot Easy Cheesy Broccoli

You won’t believe how easy it is to make this exquisite broccoli side dish in your slow cooker!

Here’s what you’ll do…

1. Remove your broccoli from the freezer, and let it thaw slightly on the counter. I usually let mine sit out for about 1 hour prior to starting.

2. After it has thawed a bit, add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and stir until well combined.

3. Then transfer your cheesy broccoli mixture to your crockpot and cover with the lid.

4. Cook as directed until done.

Now dish up your cheesy broccoli with dinner, and enjoy every last tasty bite!

1. Cut the recipe below in half.

2. Spray an 8×8 or 7×11 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Place 1/4 cup French Fried Onions in ziploc bag, then crush using rolling pin.

4. Evenly sprinkle crushed French Fried Onions over the top of the casserole mixture.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Ingredients 

  • 24 ounces Frozen Baby Broccoli Florets, (2 packages, 12 ounces each)
  • 21 ounces Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup, (2 cans, 10.5 ounces each)
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  • Slightly thaw broccoli. (I let the bags sit out on the kitchen counter for 1 hour prior to cooking.)
  • After broccoli has slightly thawed, combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir.
  • Transfer to Crockpot.
  • Cook on HIGH for approx. 2.5 – 3 hours, or until done. ENJOY!
