Baked Cranberry Orange Chicken Recipe!
Ingredients
- 3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts fresh or thawed
- 8 ounces Kraft or Wish-Bone Russian Dressing (1 bottle) – (or Catalina can be substituted)
- 14 ounces Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce (one can)
- 1 ounce Onion Soup Mix packet
- 1 tablespoon Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in 9×13 Casserole Dish.
- In medium bowl, mix together Russian Dressing, Cranberry Sauce, Onion Soup Mix and Orange Marmalade, stir well.
- Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 – 55 minutes, or until done.*
