Craving some cranberry deliciousness?  This Baked Cranberry Orange Chicken Recipe will take your chicken dinner to the next level this week!

A hearty chicken dinner is always a great choice, but sometimes you just need to change it up, right?  Well this cranberry orange glazed chicken is so simple and seriously tasty!  Just 5 ingredients and you’re done!

The combination of savory cranberry and sweet orange sauce will bring smiles all around the table.  It makes a delicious winner chicken dinner any time of year, but this festive dish is also perfect to add to your Thanksgiving and Christmas menus!

Baked Cranberry Orange Chicken Recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts fresh or thawed
  • 8 ounces Kraft or Wish-Bone Russian Dressing {1 bottle} – {or Catalina can be substituted}
  • 14 ounces Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce {one can}
  • 1 ounce Onion Soup Mix packet
  • 1 tablespoon Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in 9Ă—13 Casserole Dish.
  • In medium bowl, mix together Russian Dressing, Cranberry Sauce, Onion Soup Mix and Orange Marmalade, stir well.
  • Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50 – 55 minutes, or until done.*

Notes

*For a thicker sauce, you can also opt to bake the chicken breasts alone, drain the juices, and add the sauce on for the last 20 minutes of baking.

    Thank you for this amazing recipe! I run a catering business and this has become a customer favorite at Christmas time. The sauce freezes exceptionally well so I’m able to make extra sauce and have it ready to go for the next batch. I garnish with a few sliced oranges. Delicious!
