Ingredients 

  • 3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, fresh or thawed
  • 8 ounces Kraft or Wish-Bone Russian Dressing (1 bottle) – (or Catalina can be substituted)
  • 14 ounces Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce (one can)
  • 1 ounce Onion Soup Mix packet
  • 1 tablespoon Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade

Instructions 

  • Gather your ingredients
    Ingredients including orange marmalade, cranberry sauce, and Russian dressing.
  • Place chicken breasts in 9×13 Casserole Dish.
    Empty red baking dish.
  • In medium bowl, mix together Russian Dressing, Cranberry Sauce, Onion Soup Mix and Orange Marmalade, stir well.
  • Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50 – 55 minutes, or until done.*

  • For a thicker sauce, you can also opt to bake the chicken breasts alone, drain the juices, and add the sauce on for the last 20 minutes of baking.
