How to Make Kale Chips

It’s actually so simple to make the most savory, irresistible kale chips for snacking!

Here’s what you’ll do…

1. Cut your kale leaves down to size.

2. Then, in a mixing bowl, toss the kale pieces with your olive oil.

3. Place the kale on a parchment lined cooking sheet.

Kale Chips Recipe

With the perfect savory and salty seasoning blend, these Kale Chips pack a crunchy punch of flavor with each bite! 
Servings: 6
Lined baking sheet of Kale Chips.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups Kale leaf, torn into 1 1/2″ by 1 1/2″ pieces
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

Instructions 

  • Tear off kale leaves into 1 1/2″ by 1 1/2″ pieces, discard stem. (leaves pieces will shrink up while baking)
  • Place Kale pieces into large bowl and hand toss with Olive Oil.
  • Spread out over a baking sheet lined with Parchment Paper.
  • Sprinkle Kale with Parmesan Cheese, Garlic Powder and Salt.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 10 - 20 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.
  • Allow to cool completely, then ENJOY!
  • Storage Tip: After Kale Chips have finished cooling completely, they can be stored for 2 - 3 days in an airtight container on the counter.
