Garlic Parmesan Kale Chips Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cups Kale leaf torn into 1 1/2″ by 1 1/2″ pieces
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions
- Tear off kale leaves into 1 1/2″ by 1 1/2″ pieces, discard stem. (leaves pieces will shrink up while baking)
- Place Kale pieces into large bowl and hand toss with Olive Oil.
- Spread out over a baking sheet lined with Parchment Paper.
- Sprinkle Kale with Parmesan Cheese, Garlic Powder and Salt.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 10 - 20 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.
- Allow to cool completely, then ENJOY!
- Storage Tip: After Kale Chips have finished cooling completely, they can be stored for 2 - 3 days in an airtight container on the counter.

Hi Pam… I’m so glad you like them! As far as storage goes, after the Kale Chips have finished cooling completely, they can be stored for 2 – 3 days in an airtight container on the counter.
