Can I Freeze Creamed Corn?
One of my favorite easy meal prep ideas is to make this creamed corn ahead of time. Then I like to store the leftovers for later in the freezer, in freezer friendly bags.
When ready to serve, just place the frozen creamed corn in the refrigerator to allow it to thaw. Then microwave it in a microwave-safe bowl.
That makes this corn an ideal make-ahead Thanksgiving dinner side dish, or to include as part of your Christmas dinner party menu.
