Slightly thaw broccoli. (I let the bags sit out on the kitchen counter for 1 hour prior to cooking.)
After broccoli has slightly thawed, combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir.
Transfer to Crockpot.
Cook on HIGH for approx. 2.5 – 3 hours, or until done. ENJOY!
