Crock Pot Ham

Ingredients
- 4.5 lb Boneless Fully Cooked Ham, (make sure size will fit in your Crock Pot)
- 1 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Honey Mustard
- 1 tsp. Allspice
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.

- Remove casing from Ham if it has one.
- Score top of ham by carefully making diagonal cuts on the surface approx. 1 inch apart. (It makes the ham prettier, while allowing the delicious flavors of the sauce to soak in more.)
- Place ham in Crock Pot.

- In small mixing bowl, mix together Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, Mustard, and Allspice.
- Pour mixture over Ham, and use a basting brush to brush it all over the top and sides. (You’ll see your diamond pattern starting to appear as the sauce soaks in.)

- Cover Crock Pot with lid and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours, or until done. (depending on size of ham) Be sure not to overcook! If your ham is smaller than 4.5 pounds, you'll need to decrease the ham cook time accordingly

- Occasionally scoop up sauce mixture and brush over ham while cooking. ENJOY!
