This healthy recipe couldn’t be simpler, and these Crock Pot Baked Sweet Potatoes deliver so much amazing flavor. Trust me. Creating some sweet potato happiness in your slow cooker is a great idea any day of the week! In fact, it’s a delicious dinner side that can fit into your menu plans pretty much any time!

Crockpot Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Crockpot Sweet Potatoes Recipe!
Ingredients
- 4 medium Sweet Potatoes
- Butter or Cinnamon Honey Butter for topping {OPTIONAL}
Instructions
- Scrub, Wash, and thoroughly Dry Sweet Potatoes
- Poke Potatoes with a fork several times
- Wrap ‘em up in Aluminum Foil, then wrap again in foil. {that’s right ~ these deserve a double wrap!}
- Place in Crockpot and cover with Crockpot Lid
- Rotate and Turn occasionally
- Cook on HIGH for 4 hours {or LOW for approx. 8 hours}… larger potatoes will take longer to cook… just make sure not to overcook.
- Once they’re done, enjoy them as you love to eat them. For me that includes some butter, brown sugar, and marshmallows! {you can even pop them in the over for a few minutes to let those delicious marshmallows start bubbling up… YUM!}

sweet potatoes are delicious cooked in the microwave like you would a baked potato. microwave until desired doneness. i like them much better than baked potatoes that are microwaved. quick and easy 😉
