  • Blueberry Pie Filling – you can use store bought or homemade.
  • Graham Cracker Pie Crust – you can use store bought or homemade.
  • Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese – be sure to use the full fat Philadelphia cream cheese. Other brands won’t set up properly.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Lemon Juice
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla

How To Make A Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

It takes just a few easy steps to create this delicious no bake blueberry cream cheese pie.

Here’s what you’ll do…

1. Mix up your cheesecake mixture, and pour into graham cracker crust.

Ingredients 

  • 21 ounces Blueberry Pie Filling , (1 can)
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust, (9 inch)
  • 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened, (use the full fat Philadelphia cream cheese - other brands won't set up properly)
  • 14 ounces Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk , (1 can)
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon. Sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  • Beat Cream Cheese in medium mixing bowl until fluffy.
  • Add Sweetened Condensed Milk, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Vanilla Extract, and beat until well combined and creamy.
  • Pour into Graham Cracker Pie Crust, and cover.
  • Chill in refrigerator overnight.
  • Also place Blueberry Pie Filling can in refrigerator to chill overnight.
  • When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator and carefully pour contents of chilled Blueberry Pie Filling can onto the top of the pie.
  • Slice and ENJOY!!

    I love the Cream Cheese pies! Recently, I made one with Blueberry Pie Filling on top and it was sooo good! Do you happen to know why my cream cheese mixture doesn’t set up and be pretty like yours? Does pie crust size matter.. regular vs extra serving size? TIA!!

      Hi Kim… yes, you’ll want to stick with the regular sized 9″ pie crust, and make sure to allow plenty of time for chilling in the refrigerator before serving. Hope that helps! 🙂
