How to Make Crockpot Lemon Blueberry Cobbler
It’s actually SO easy to make Lemon Blueberry Cobbler with Cake Mix and Cream Cheese in your slow cooker.
Here’s what you’ll do…
1. Start by spraying your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Then add the Blueberry Pie Filling to the crockpot.
3. Top the blueberry pie filling with dollops of cream cheese.

4. Then mix the cake mix and melted butter together to create a crumble.
5. Sprinkle the crumble topping over cream cheese / pie filling in crockpot.
6. Then cook your dump cake in the crockpot.
Once done, serve it with Ice Cream or Whip Cream & DEVOUR!

Lemon Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
- 13.25 ounces Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix box
- 42 ounces Blueberry Pie Filling, (two cans, 21 oz. each)
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted (8 Tbsp.)
- 8 ounces Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
Instructions
- Spray inside of Crockpot with non-stick cooking spray
- Empty cans of Blueberry Pie Filling into bottom of crockpot, and spread out evenly.
- Add dollops of Cream Cheese on top of pie filling.
- In medium mixing bowl, combine dry Cake Mix and melted Butter, and stir until crumbly. (Break up any large chunks into small crumbles with spoon.)
- Pour cake/butter crumble mixture over lemon/cream cheese mixture in crockpot, spread out evenly, and cover crockpot with lid.
- Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or LOW for 4 hours.
- Serve with Ice Cream or Whip Cream… and ENJOY!!
