Cheer up your dinner with a tasty grand finale: Crockpot Cherry Chip Cake!

What?  Cake in the Crockpot??  Sure ~ why not! 😉  It’s SO easy and moist!


Crockpot Cherry Chip Cake Recipe!
  • 1 box Betty Crocker Cherry Chip Cake Mix {15.25 oz.}
  • ½ cup Applesauce
  • 1⅓ cup Water
  • 3 Eggs
  • Cream Cheese Frosting + your favorite Sprinkles
  1. Beat cake mix, apple sauce, water and eggs together for 1 minute with mixer.
  2. Spray inside of Crockpot with Pam Cooking Spray.
  3. Pour mixture into Crockpot and cover.
  4. Cook on HIGH for 1.5 – 2 hours, or until done.
  5. Once the cake was done, I just carefully cut pieces directly out from the Crockpot, frost, and sprinkle on your favorite sprinkles. Serve with ice cream… and ENJOY!! ;)

    Love your recipes. When a recipe calls for more than 6 to 8 ingredients and 4 to 5 bowls or pots and pans, FORGET IT! I’m on to the next one. When I don’t have enough counter space to hold all the ingredients and it takes me longer to clean up the mess than it did to bake or cook the recipe, nope definitely not for me! I’m onto finding something easy but still delicious. I find that with most of your recipes.
