Amy says
Can this recipe be reduced by half as I am working with a mini crockpot?
Heidi says
Hi Amy ~ the recipe can easily be cut in half, but that still may be a little too big for a mini crockpot. It just depends on how big that crockpot actually is. Another alternative would be to bake it in the oven at 350 degrees until the edges are hot and bubbly. {for a full size recipe, that would be about 30 minutes} Hope that helps!
MS.SONJIA says
CAN I DOUBLE THE CAKE MIX AND ADD AN EXTRA CAN OF CHERRIES? I NEED MORE THAN 8 SERVINGS!!!
Heidi says
I honestly haven’t tried it that way… but if you do, let me know how it turns out! If you have 2 crockpots, another option would be to have 2 going side by side to double the recipe. 🙂
Susan Winter says
Ok it’s clear and realized that I only have one can of cherry filling any ideas? Will this recipe work with only one can?
Heidi says
Hi Susan… yes, it should still work with just one can, it will just be a different ratio of flavors. 🙂
Karen says
