Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Spaghetti Noodles, or noodles of your choice
- 3 cups Swanson Chicken Broth
- 3/4 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Real Mayonnaise
- 12 cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, optional
Instructions
- In 5 - 6 quart Dutch Oven, bring 3 cups of Chicken Broth to boil at Med/High heat.
- Break Spaghetti noodles in half, then add to boiling broth.
- Cook Spaghetti for 12 minutes, stirring frequently. (if using different pasta noodles, you may need to slightly adjust the cook time)
- Reduce heat to Medium, then drain any excess Chicken Broth from Pot (I used a large spoon to remove the extra broth)
- Immediately stir in Butter, Mayonnaise, Garlic, Parmesan Cheese, Oregano, Basil, and Lemon Juice.
- Stir continually for 5 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
- Serve immediately, and ENJOY!
