Looks yummy! Why not just cook the noodles in water? One less thing to buy.

    1. Heidi Miller says:

Hi Cristina, you can absolutely cook the noodles with just water. However, for best flavor I recommend cooking them with the chicken broth.

  2. Sara says:

About how much chicken broth should be left in the pot?

    1. Heidi says:

      Hi Sara,

When I make this the amount of leftover broth has varied, ranging from 1/2 cup to almost none at all.

      Hope this helps ~ Heidi

      1. Sara says:

Thank you my family loved it ❤

        1. Heidi says:

You’re very welcome, Sara… and I’m so glad to hear everyone loved it!! This is definitely a family favorite here at my house, too! 🙂

  3. Abby says:

    Made it today! Very delicious!

    1. Heidi says:

Thanks, Abby… I’m so glad you loved it! 🙂

  4. Cynthia L Grisham says:

The only part I don’t understand is why it says to remove any excess chicken broth? I want to make this now, but that part is throwing me. How do you know if there is excess broth? Doesn’t it say 3 cups?

    1. Heidi says:

      Hi Cynthia,

When the noodles are finished cooking, you’ll just want to make sure you remove any excess liquid to make sure the sauce isn’t too runny. Hope that helps! 🙂

  5. Christie says:

Can’t beat one pot meals, they’re my favourite kind to keep the dish washing low and this fettucine sounds and looks so creamy!!!!

    1. Heidi says:

I agree, Christie… I love having just one pot to wash when dinner is done! 🙂
