Crockpot Cheesy Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe!
Ingredients
- 24 ounces Frozen Cauliflower {2 packages 12 ounces each}
- 21 ounces Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup {2 cans 10.5 ounces each}
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce
- ÂĽ teaspoon Salt
- ÂĽ teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Spray inside of Crockpot with Pam Cooking Spray.
- Slightly thaw cauliflower {I let the bags sit out on the kitchen counter for 1 hour prior to cooking}
- After cauliflower has slightly thawed, combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir.
- Transfer to crockpot.
- Cook on HIGH for approx. 2.5 – 3 hours, or until done. ENJOY!
