Slightly thaw cauliflower (I let the bags sit out on the kitchen counter for 1 hour prior to cooking)
After cauliflower has slightly thawed, combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, and stir until well combined.
Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Then transfer to cheesy cauliflower mixture to crockpot, and cover.
Cook on HIGH for approx. 2.5 – 3 hours, or until done. ENJOY!
