You’ll just need a few simple ingredients to make the BEST Seasoned Potato Wedges!

Check your cupboards, fridge, or pantry, or add the following to your next grocery list to make sure you’ve got everything on hand…

  • Russet Potatoes
  • Olive Oil (or Avocado Oil)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Optional: Cayenne Pepper (if you’re feeling wild!)

How to Make Seasoned Potato Wedges

You seriously won’t believe how simple these Jo Jo’s are to make!

Once you know how to make them yourself, you can have them on repeat!

Go grab a cookie sheet and let’s get started!

Here’s what you’ll do…

1. Preheat your oven.

2. Then wash & scrub your potatoes with the skin on.

3. Cut each potato lengthwise into the correct number of wedges.

4. Then combine all ingredients (except potato wedges) in small bowl, and stir well.

5. Brush the mixture on each potato wedge, and transfer to parchment lined cookie sheet.

6. Bake… and enjoy!

Ingredients 

  • 4 medium Russet Potatoes, (approx. 2 lbs.)
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, (or Avocado Oil)
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (OPTIONAL)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Leave skins on your potatoes, and thoroughly wash & scrub them.
  • Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 - 8 even sized wedges, and set aside.
  • In small bowl, combine Oil, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper, and optional Cayenne.
  • Brush Garlic Parmesan mixture onto potato wedges, and place skin side down on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until tender. Enjoy as a snack, or a tasty dinner side!
