Here’s what you’ll do…
Cut the recipe below in half.
Spray an 8×8 or 7×11 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place 1/4 cup French Fried Onions in ziploc bag, then crush using rolling pin.
Evenly sprinkle crushed French Fried Onions over the top of the casserole mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Crockpot Easy Cheesy Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients
- 24 ounces Frozen Baby Broccoli Florets {2 packages 12 ounces each}
- 21 ounces Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup {2 cans 10.5 ounces each}
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Slightly thaw broccoli {I let the bags sit out on the kitchen counter for 1 hour prior to cooking}
- After broccoli has slightly thawed, combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir.
- Transfer to Crockpot.
- Cook on HIGH for approx. 2.5 – 3 hours, or until done. ENJOY!
