There are variety of sauces you can use. For this beef and Chinese broccoli recipe we are going to keep things crazy easy by using the Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Broccoli Beef.

For this beef and broccoli recipe, you’ll stir in cooked broccoli just before serving. This will ensure your broccoli is perfectly cooked and not overdone.

You can actually make the BEST beef broccoli recipe using just 3 simple ingredients!
Add the following beef broccoli ingredients to your next grocery list, so you have everything on hand to make yours…
- Flank Steak – Trimmed of extra fat.
- Frozen Broccoli Florets – You will cook the broccoli using the instructions on the bag.
- Broccoli Beef Sauce – This recipe uses the Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Broccoli Beef, but you can also use the 1 oz. Kikkoman Broccoli-Beef Mix + Water as a substitute.
Like so many of my easy 3 Ingredient Slow Cooker Recipes, you’ll also need a 5 – 6 quart Crock Pot to prepare this basic beef and broccoli recipe.

It’s actually SO simple to prepare this easy beef and broccoli recipe in your slow cooker!
Here’s what you’ll do…
1. Cut your steak into thin strips as specified.
2. Add the steak strips to the slow cooker.

3. Cook as directed, until meat is tender. Then drain the juices.
4. Add the sauce and continue cooking until done.
5. Just before the meat is done, stir in the cooked broccoli.

Beef and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds Flank Steak, trimmed of fat
- 14 oz. frozen Broccoli Florets
- 8 oz. Lee Kum Kee Sauce Broccoli Beef Sauce, (1 oz. Kikkoman Broccoli-Beef Mix + Water can be substituted)
- ¼ cup Water
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.

- Cut long 1/2" thin strips against the grain of your Steak using Serrated Knife. (the grain usually runs visibly along the length of the steak)
- Then cut long strips into 2″ – 3″ pieces.
- Add steak strips to Crock Pot, spreading out evenly across the bottom. (I used a 5.5 quart Crock Pot.)

- Pour 1/4 cup Water over steak pieces.
- Cook on LOW for 1.5 – 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
- After 1.5 – 2 hours, drain juices from Crock Pot, then pour Lee Kum Kee sauce over steak and stir.
- Cook on LOW for 20 more minutes.
- Just before meat is done, cook Broccoli per instructions on the bag.
- Stir in cooked Broccoli right before serving.
- Serve over rice and ENJOY!
