Sweet and Sour Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Coleslaw Mix (1 package)
- 1 cup shredded Purple Cabbage, for texture & color
- ½ cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ⅓ cup White Sugar
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, *optional
Instructions
- Gather your sweet and tangy coleslaw ingredients.

- Whisk dry ingredients together in large bowl.
- Add in wet ingredients, and stir together.
- Pour in 1/2 bag of Coleslaw Mix, and stir.
- Add in remaining 1/2 of Coleslaw Mix and 1 cup shredded purple cabbage, and stir together well.
- For best flavor, cover the coleslaw and allow to chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours before serving.
