Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Barilla Elbows Pasta Box (cook and drain per package instructions)
- 42 oz. Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup (4 cans, 10.5 oz. each)
- 2 cups Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions, and drain. (do NOT overcook)
- Spray inside of Crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- In large bowl, combine drained pasta, cheddar soup, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture into Crockpot and cover with lid.
- Cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, or until cheese has melted.
- Once done, remove lid, stir well, and serve. YUM!
