This easy Orange Cranberry Chicken Recipe in the Crock Pot serves up a no hassle and quick prep holiday sensational meal any time you want!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 3 hours 30 minutes
Total Time: 3 hours 35 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 3 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup Catalina Salad Dressing (8 oz.)
  • 14 oz. Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce (1 can)
  • 1 oz. Onion Soup Mix packet
  • 1 tbsp Smucker’s Sweet Orange Marmalade

Instructions 

  • Place chicken in Crock Pot, and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or on LOW for 6 hours.
  • After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
  • In medium bowl, combine Catalina, Cranberry Sauce, Onion Soup Mix and Marmalade and stir thoroughly.
  • Evenly pour mixture over Chicken Breasts and continue cooking on HIGH for 30 minutes (covered), or until done. Enjoy!

    I want to make the Orange Cranberry chicken recipe but have a question regarding the onion soup mix packet. Recipe says 1 oz. Does that mean the whole envelope of onion soup mix? Don’t want it to be too overpowering.

      Hi Nancy… that’s correct. The flavors blend really well together. You’ll use the entire packet of dry mix and stir it into the dressing, marmalade, and cranberries to make a delicious sauce. Or if you personally don’t care for onion flavor, you can always cut that amount back as well. 🙂
