Crockpot Pepper Jack Tomato Pasta Sauce Recipe!
Ingredients
- 26 ounces Campbell’s Tomato Soup Family Size Can
- 14.5 ounces Diced Tomatoes {1 can}
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 8 ounces Pepper Jack Cheese {shredded}
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese {cubed}
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
Instructions
- Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to crockpot and stir.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 – 3.5 hours, or until done, stirring occasionally.

I made this last week and it’s AMAZING! Served it over home made meatballs. Definitely shred the cheese! I cut mine into small chunks and it took a lot longer to melt/blend in and a lot of stirring! Will be making this again soon! =)
