Pumpkin Alfredo Sauce Recipe

You won't believe how easy it is to make your own homemade Pumpkin Alfredo Sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup salted Butter {8 Tbsp}
  • 1 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • *1/4 teaspoon Salt (optional)

Instructions

  • In medium sauce pan, slowly melt Butter over low heat.
  • Stir in Heavy Whipping Cream and Garlic Powder, then increase to medium heat.
  • Add Parmesan Cheese and stir until melted.
  • Add Pumpkin and stir until well combined. Allow to heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve immediately over 16 ounces of freshly cooked Fettuccine Noodles. Enjoy!
