Here’s what she used:

White Cake Mix {Optional: add Coconut Flavoring to the batter}
Cake Filling: Vanilla Pudding mixed with Crushed Pineapple
Wilton Buttercream Icing {get the recipe here}
For the decorations, Mary used Wilton’s fondant and icing colors {purchased at Wal-Mart}, and colored to the desired colors, then hand made the shapes.
For the Blue Water, she used Blue Decorating Gel {found at Hobby Lobby}
The sticks around the bottom layer of the cake or Chocolate Wafer Sticks.
