Here’s what you’ll do…

Make a simple syrup with sugar and water.

Combine Pineapple Juice, Sprite, and Simple Syrup in large punchbowl.

Stir until well combined.

Add scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream for creamy goodness, and ENJOY!

Ingredients

46 ounces Dole Pineapple Juice (one large can) chilled
2 liters Sprite chilled
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
5 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

Bring water and sugar to a boil in small pot, stirring constantly.
Once sugar has dissolved completely, remove from heat.
Combine Pineapple Juice, Sprite and Sugar Water mixture in large punchbowl, and stir.
Add scoops of Ice Cream just before serving for some fun frothy goodness!
Transfer to large Punch Bowl, or serve out of Mason Jar Glass! ENJOY!!

Notes

Serves approximately 18 one-cup servings. Depending on party size, you may want to double or triple the recipe. When determining amount to make, take into consideration the size of your cups, and also keep in mind that guests may want seconds. ENJOY!
