All you’ll need is some balloons and dollar bills. {use the amount of balloons and dollar bills as your child is turning… so if they’re turning 10, you’ll need ten balloons, and ten dollar bills, etc}
Simply roll dollar bills up, and insert one dollar bill inside each balloon…
Then… blow up each balloon, knot, and get ready for some good ol’ balloon poppin’ FUN!
