S’mores are that one camping dessert I look forward to every Summer. Who can resist ooey-gooey marshmallows, crunchy graham crackers, and warm melting chocolate? But what happens when you get the craving for S’mores and you don’t have access to a campfire, or you’re too cold or too tired to go out and use your backyard pit? Well, that’s where this Easy Sheet Pan S’mores Recipe comes in to play!

Did you know you can actually make S’mores in the oven? It’s such a cinch! In less than 5 minutes you can have perfectly toasted marshmallows with a golden brown top and soft, gooey center… perfect for parties, game nights, or an indoor movie night! My family begs for these!

Plus, when you swap out the traditional Hershey’s Chocolate bars for Reese’s Peanut Butter cups, you’ll have crave-worthy gourmet s’mores on your hands! And all over your lips… and maybe even on your chin? Seriously… you’ll probably want some napkins ready! šŸ™‚

Ingredients

  • 12 Graham Crackers {see homemade graham crackers recipe}
  • 3 Hershey Bars
  • 3 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Bars {2 per cup}
  • 12 large Marshmallows

Instructions

  • Turn oven on to ā€˜Broil’ setting, and allow to heat up.
  • Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Break 12 graham crackers in half, and lay out evenly on parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Then break 3 Hershey Bars in half, and place pieces on top of 6 graham crackers. Then place Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on top of the remaining graham crackers.
  • Finally, place 1 large marshmallow on top of each piece of chocolate.
  • Bake on lower-middle oven rack for approx. 2 minutes {watch closely the entire time, as the marshmallows will brown up FAST} – for lighter marshmallows, shorten the time, and for darker marshmallows, you can go a few seconds beyond 2 minutes, until you reach your desired toastiness level.
  • Remove from oven, add remaining graham cracker halves on top, press down gently, and ENJOY!

    Heidi,
    I agree with Sophie; S’mores are a new thing for us in the UK. First time I heard about these was when my daughter returned from NY after a school ski trip. Now this gives me a recipe goal. Yours sounds so much fun.
