S’mores are that one camping dessert I look forward to every Summer.
Who can resist ooey-gooey marshmallows, crunchy graham crackers, and warm melting chocolate?
But what happens when you get the craving for S’mores and you don’t have access to a campfire, or you’re too cold or too tired to go out and use your backyard pit?
Well, that’s where this easy Sheet Pan S’mores Recipe comes in to play!

In less than 5 minutes you can have perfectly toasted marshmallows with a golden brown top and soft, gooey center… perfect for parties, game nights, or an indoor movie night!
My family begs for these!
Plus, when you swap out the traditional Hershey’s Chocolate bars for Reese’s Peanut Butter cups, you’ll have crave-worthy gourmet s’mores on your hands! And all over your lips… and maybe even on your chin?
Seriously… you’ll probably want some napkins ready! 🙂
So are you ready to learn how to make easy Sheet Pan S’mores in the oven?
I’ll show you how to make up to 12 at a time for a crowd, but if you’re just in the mood for a couple… you can scale this down and make just a few at a time, too.
Here’s what you’ll do to make your Sheet Pan S’mores with Graham Crackers…

Oven S’mores Ingredients
You’ll just need 3 ingredients to make the BEST Oven S’mores inside!
Here’s what you’ll need…
- Graham Crackers – Use name brand for maximum flavor.
- Chocolate – like Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Large Marshmallows
You’ll also need a sheet pan and parchment paper to get the job done.
Can You Make S’Mores in the Oven?
You sure can!
Oven S’mores are my favorite trick when I’m not out in the woods but am craving my favorite camping dessert at home!
Here’s what you’ll do…
1. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Break graham crackers in half, and spread out on baking sheet.

3. Top each graham cracker with chocolate of your choice.

4. Then add 1 large marshmallow to center of each chocolate piece.

5. Bake until marshmallows are all soft and toasty!

6. Then top with another graham cracker half as soon as you remove them from the oven, gently press down, devour, and ENJOY!

Oven S’mores

Ingredients
- 12 Graham Crackers
- 3 Hershey Bars
- 3 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Bars , (6 peanut butter cups total)
- 12 Large Marshmallows
Instructions
- Turn oven on to ‘Broil’ setting, and allow to heat up.
- Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Break 12 graham crackers in half, and lay out evenly on parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Then break 3 Hershey Bars in half, and place pieces on top of 6 graham crackers. Then place Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on top of the remaining graham crackers.
- Finally, place 1 large marshmallow on top of each piece of chocolate.
- Bake on lower-middle oven rack for approx. 2 minutes (watch closely the entire time, as the marshmallows will brown up FAST) – for lighter marshmallows, shorten the time, and for darker marshmallows, you can go a few seconds beyond 2 minutes, until you reach your desired toastiness level.
- Remove from oven, add remaining graham cracker halves on top, press down gently, and ENJOY!
