How to Make Reese’s Pieces Cake Mix Cookies
It’s actually SO easy to make these Chocolate Fudge Reese’s Cookies!
Here’s what you’ll do…
- Mix Cake Mix, Butter, and Eggs until well combined.
- Stir in Reese’s Pieces
- Chill dough in refrigerator
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Roll cookie dough into balls, and place on cookie sheets
- Bake in oven
- Cool on wire racks

Reese's Pieces Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 13.25 ounces Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup Melted Butter {Vegetable or Canola Oil can be substituted}
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 1/3 cups Reese's Pieces
Instructions
- Combine Cake Mix, Melted Butter {or oil}, and Eggs in large mixing bowl, and mix with hand mixer or stand mixer until well combined.
- Stir in Reese's Pieces with large wooden spoon.
- Cover dough and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- After dough has chilled, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll cookie dough into 1 1/2 tablespoon sized rounded balls and transfer to cookie sheet.
- Bake on center oven rack for 7 - 13 minutes, or until done. {Note: Bake on the shorter end of the time range for non-stick cookie sheets & longer end of the time range for aluminum cookie sheets}
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes.
- Transfer cookies to wire racks to finish cooling, and ENJOY!
That’s it! So easy, and SO delicious!

I made these for my picky boyfriend using regular Reese Pieces as the store didn’t have the bits. He inhaled them, but did suggest Devil’s Food cake mix for next time (men…never happy!). Regardless, they turned out great for me and were stupid easy! Thanks for the recipe!

I also used regular size Reese’s Pieces. I used Betty Crocker triple chocolate something mix, and they were delicious and easy.
These cookies are very soft (read: a little crumbly), so keep that in mind if you’re transporting them somewhere.
