I wonder if you can use a brownie mix instead of the chocolate cake mix?

I made these for my picky boyfriend using regular Reese Pieces as the store didn’t have the bits. He inhaled them, but did suggest Devil’s Food cake mix for next time (men…never happy!). Regardless, they turned out great for me and were stupid easy! Thanks for the recipe!

I also used regular size Reese’s Pieces. I used Betty Crocker triple chocolate something mix, and they were delicious and easy.
These cookies are very soft (read: a little crumbly), so keep that in mind if you’re transporting them somewhere.
